Pontoon Novelty Round 20/1/08

The weather forcast said rain but we had 20 archers to the shoot. It turned out to be dry all day. I think everyone enjoyed the pontoon novelty round and everyone won a prize at the end of the day.

Many thanks to those people who helped lay the course out and at the end of the shoot, bring it all back in again. Thankyou Malcolm for making the target faces, or else we would have had nothing to shoot at. Quite a lot of people donated raffle prizes, thankyou for your generosity and to Gladys for doing the registration, and with Janets help, sorting the scores out at the end of the shoot.

You may think there are a lot of thankyou's in this report, but I think it is important to recognise what people do in the club, who do things without fuss or bother - the unsung heroes.
